Procurement/Purchasing Officer
Always looking for an astute procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful as a procurement officer you should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends.
Should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.
Office Administrator
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.
The administrator’s role will include working closely with our team of project managers, estimators & site supervisors, by handling clerical duties, WHSE & QA plans, data input and tracking, document control and organizing meetings.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimators
This role will assist on the increasing need of tender and proposal submissions in line with the growth objectives of the business.
Preparation and submission of accurate quotation documents using Microsoft Excel, word and other estimating software.
Briefing the project team to ensure that the tender fundamental principles and details are understood by the delivery team and are transferred to the construction phase.
Attend site visits and review meetings after tender allocation.
Maintain contact with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain pricing and products for tender submission as well as to keep up to date with new products.
Development of estimates and budgets.
Candidates who have worked in a variety of electrical works including – industrial, commercial, substations and construction will be highly regarded.
Site Managers/Licenced Electricians/Apprentices
This role will assist on the increasing need of tender and proposal submissions in line with the growth objectives of the business.
